Terroir : Red Marl soils, rich in limestone, clay, and organic matter, retain water well, supporting healthy vines. Wines from these soils.feature vibrant fruit, spice, and freshness, with refined structure and strong aging potential.

Grapes : Pinot noir

Vinification: After harvest, grapes are vinified separately in vats into still base wines. Adding tirage liqueur triggers a second fermentation in bottle, creating natural bubbles. The wine ages 12 months on lees, then a light dosage adjusts the style after disgorgement.

Aging : On Slats - 1 Year

Alcohol content : 12 %

Residual sugar : 12 to 17g/l

Tasting notes: Made mostly from Pinot Noir, this Crémant combines the finesse of the traditional method with vibrant fruit notes. It features fresh red berries, floral hints, and a delicate, crisp palate with persistent bubbles and a lively, lightly spiced finish.
