Baptiste Clouzeau

Arriving in 2020 as an intern, Baptiste quickly found his place, becoming our touch of fresh air. Between tractors and vines, he zigzags with passion and makes every move care. Without him, life in Arlay would be much duller; he infuses every task with a touch of enthusiasm.

Béatrice Vergey

Since 1994, Béatrice has watched over our domain like a guardian of yesteryear. She has learned every nook, cranny, and secret of the place, alongside Laura’s father and uncle. Her expertise in administration, labeling, and exports is the invisible thread that connects everything at the domain. Her advice, as precious as treasure, guides our steps.

Patrice Girod

Three years ago, Patrice came to install a beam in our offices, and since then has become a trusty pillar. A carpenter by trade, his expertise builds, repairs, and transforms our buildings with devotion. His warm presence punctuates the gentle life of Arlay, where his hands can repair anything, and his heart can give everything.

Méline Montuelle

Last year, Méline entered our history as a rising star. A full-of-energy intern, she assists Béatrice in administration, but never says no to some bottling! Her freshness and laughter brighten our lives daily, and she brings lightness and sweetness to every task. When she is not with us, the equation loses a little of its poetry.
