Côtes du Jura
Terroir :
The region's deep grey clays and ancient marls from the Lias and Triassic periods keep the soil cool, thanks to abundant rainfall, enhancing the naturally high acidity in grapes. This geological and soil composition supports healthy vine growth, producing wines with bright acidity, rich flavors, and enhanced aromatic complexity.

Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir

Organic and Demeter

At harvest, three grape varieties are co-fermented over 12-15 days, with must pumped over twice daily to enhance color and aroma. The wine ferments naturally with indigenous yeasts, then undergoes malolactic fermentation to improve softness and complexity

Old wood barrels - 2 Years

11,50%

Tasting notes:
These wines vividly embody the unique character of the Jura region, already revealing subtle hints of maturity. Fruity and aromatic, they exude charm with a deep ruby hue and intense, expressive aromas. Their firm structure and tannic presence make them excellent candidates for aging, promising to develop further complexity over time.
