This orange wine is made by 15-day maceration of whole Chardonnay clusters with daily pressing and compaction. Fermented naturally in tanks, it ages for a year in old barrels without racking or sulfites, preserving its tannic structure and aromatic complexity through a natural process that highlights terroir purity.
