Terroir : The Montausson area in Arlay is known for mineral-rich marls and Jurassic limestone, blending drainage with water retention. These soils promote deep roots, nutrient access, and drought resistance.

Grapes : Trousseau, Poulsard and Chardonnay

Certification(s) : Organic and Demeter

Vinification: Whole, mixed grape clusters (Trousseau, Poulsard, Chardonnay) from a single plot are co-fermented for 6–7 days with foot treading to extract aromas.

Aging : Aging in steel tank 6 months

Alcohol content : 11%

Sulfites : < 20 mg/l

Tasting notes: A fresh, fruity wine with balanced Trousseau and Poulsard, complemented by Chardonnay’s acidity. It’s round, velvety, and easy to enjoy, yet powerful, tannic, and complex—delivering real punch and great versatility for festive occasions.
